- Sturdy walking shoes, sneakers, or hiking boots are highly recommended. Walking inside Ait Benhaddou involves climbing uneven clay steps and walking over loose dry stones.
- Temperatures can vary tremendously. The desert areas in Ouarzazate are scorching hot in summer, while the mountain passes are cold and breezy in winter. Dress in comfortable layer clothes.
- Morocco is an exceptionally photogenic country. Keep your cameras fully charged to record beautiful peaks!
