Our absolute best-selling **3 Valleys Excursion** is a beautifully designed private day trip that brings you up-close with Morocco's most breathtaking mountain vistas, authentic culture, and centuries-old local traditions.
Our journey connects three incredibly distinct valleys. First, we traverse the lush **Ourika Valley**, run by cold mountain rivers, thriving clay banks, and iconic waterfalls (Setti Fatma). Next, we wind up through the peaceful, high-altitude mountain valley of **Sidi Fares**, where traditional adobe Berber villages cling dramatically to reddish canyon edges. Here, you'll step inside a genuine Berber home to meet a local family and experience true mountain hospitality, sharing homemade argan oil, honey, freshly baked bread, and aromatic mint tea.
We then descend into the beautiful orchards of the **Asni Valley**, surrounded by peach, apple, and almond groves, before beginning our relaxing return journey through the scenic mountain roads back to Marrakech.

Detailed Tour Itinerary
09:00 AM: Direct Pick-up & Scenic Ourika Valley Run
Your professional, private driver picks you up directly from your Marrakech hotel or closest accessible courtyard in a premium modern A/C van. Set off southeast, watching the hectic city streets dissolve into the lush green scenery of Ourika Valley, running along mountain riverbanks and historic terraces.
10:30 AM: Setti Fatma Cascades & Guided Hiking
Arrive at Setti Fatma, a beautiful mountain village nestled inside the gorge. Embark on a moderate climb with an experienced guide to admire the cascading fresh waterfalls. Along the way, take stunning photos and enjoy the cool, rushing mountain waters. (You can skip this climb and relax at a riverside cafe if you prefer a gentler pace!).
12:30 PM: Sidi Fares Valley & Berber House Hospitality
Leave the main tourist paths as we climb narrow mountain roads up to the secondary valley of Sidi Fares. Step inside a traditional Berber mud village and enter an authentic family home. Sit down for fresh local mountain honey, hand-milled argan oil, warm wood-oven baked tawriqt bread, and mint tea while chatting about their fascinating daily mountain lives.
01:30 PM: Scenic Tagine Lunch in Asni Apple Valley
Descend to the Asni Valley, famous for its lush peach, apple, and almond orchards. Relax at a panoramic terrace restaurant facing the snowy High Atlas peaks. Savor a slow-cooked chicken, beef, or vegetable tagine with freshly baked Moroccan breads.
05:30 PM: Sunset Mountain Return
Settle into your premium vehicle for a smooth, relaxing return journey as the setting sun colors the High Atlas peaks in golden and crimson hues. Arrive safely back at your Marrakech hotel or riad by approximately 06:00 PM.

Important Information to Know
- The route runs across winding mountain terrains. If you are highly susceptible to motion sickness, we recommend taking a mild remedy prior to leaving.
- Comfortable shoes with reasonable grip (hiking boots, training shoes) are highly suggested for walking inside Setti Fatma waterfall gorges.
- Weather climbs quickly. High-altitude mountain areas (such as Sidi Fares) can get chilly or windy, even in spring. We recommend keeping a cozy light jacket or layered clothes handy.
- Since this trip is private, if you have difficulty walking or climbing, the Setti Fatma waterfall hike can easily be adapted. You can instead enjoy tea directly overlook the rushing river.
